Call for ATAG WG Consensus: Moving ATAG 2.0 to Proposed Recommendation Status

Dear ATAG WG Members:

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to move ATAG 2.0 to Proposed Recommendation status on the basis that the ATAG 2.0 Implementation Report has demonstrated sufficient authoring tool implementation to meet the exit criteria:

The CfC is now open via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are welcome.
