The W3C Web Apps working group is publishing 7 first public working drafts (FPWD) shortly (within the next few weeks) for new APIs. I was chatting about these specs with Michael Cooper (PF staff contact) and he did not know of available resources in PF to review them this early, as PF usually waits until last call to review them. I thought it would be worthwhile to "involve accessibility early" since we do not want critical APIs to progress far without input. This one seemed closely related to ATAG 2.0 and of interest to members of the group. Please let me know if you are interested and have some time to review this Editor's draft. If you want to wait until the FPWD is published, that is fine, too. I'm sending the message while I'm thinking about it, rather than waiting for the FPWD to publish, when it might be pushed out of my mind by other events. :) Input Method Editor API; <http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/ime-api/raw-file/tip/Overview.html> short-name = ime-api 1-liner = "Defines an API that provides Web applications with scripted access to an Input Method Editor" jeanne
