I am generally satisfied with Jan's responses to my comments (mostly on the document itself), but am still thinking about a couple of them..
I think in advance of testing it is important to "tighten up" (be clear on) the language of the normative requirements as much as possible, since we will be testing against those requirements, and to develop a common understanding of what those requirements mean in advance of testing considerations.
