Comments : how about "image creation/modification"?   Aren't we really talking about "images" here (pictoral representations) that cannot be represented in terms of a mathematical equation?   If I draw a circle, it can be represented mathematically, but a "street scene" cannot be?   It's not necessarily "pointing device", it's any device which provides "non-text" input?  Also difficult to define "continuous" - I could create a bunch of "points" in space - is that continuous?  


(b) Rewording Guideline B.1.2 Ensure that the authoring tool preserves
accessibility information
