ATAG draft and QA - recheck?

A check of the latest ATAG draft [1] against the requirements of the 
Quality Assurance Specification Guidelines (QASpecGL) [2] might be 
appropriate, to make sure all the requirements are covered if possible..  I 
know there have been discussions on this topic in the past, but the ATAG 
draft has changed since those discussions took place..

The QASpecGL requirements (with associated links/explanations) are:

(1) include a conformance clause [3]

(2) define the scope [4]

(3) identify who and/or what will implement the specification [5]

(4) make a list of normative references [6]

(5) define the terms used in the normative parts of the specification [7]

(6) create conformance labels for each part of the conformance model [8]

(7) use a consistent style for conformance requirements and explain how to 
distinguish them [9]

(8) indicate which conformance requirements are mandatory, which are 
recommended, and which are optional [10]

(9) if the technology is subdivided, then indicate which subdivisions are 
mandatory for conformance [11]

(10) if the technology is subdivided, then address subdivision constraints [12]

(11) address extensibility [13]

(12) identify deprecated features [14]

(13) define how each class of products handles each deprecated feature [15]
