Great...so I have heard back from the following people re: July:

Jutta: OK after July 14th
Michael: OK starting July 14
Tim: July would work for me
Ann: July would be better for me, but I'm not available between the 16th

and 23rd.
Greg: given a choice a date in July is prefereable to June.
Jan: And the last half of July works for me

How about other people?
