Next W3C Plenary

Hi,

The next Tech Plenary will be in Boston MA from 4-10 November 2007.

WCAG-GL likely won't be there but I think it makes sense for us to be.

We need to give them a FINAL answer on whether we will be there by June 
14 at the latest.
