Hi Greg, Thanks for your review. Regarding your point of clarification... yes almost, the evaluator chooses whichever version of WCAG they want to use for their own evaluation. So for example, the following could happen once WCAG 2.0 is released: an outside evaluator might say, "I tested Mac version tool-X and it does not conform to ATAG 2.0 level A with respect to WCAG 1.0", while the toolmaker could reply by saying "ok, but it does conform to ATAG 2.0 level A, with respect to WCAG 2.0, the more recent W3C spec."
