Conformance scheme update

Hi,

Yesterday I took an action item to update the conformance scheme to show 
how it would appear without need to reference the ISO doc.

I realize that the "partial conformance" proposal would change this, but 
  since this is still under discussion I opted to keep the same basic 
idea as before.
