IJ:: quoting from WCAG "The content of a document refers to what it says
to the user through natural language, images, sounds, movies,
animations, etc."
WL:: Then we have to use another word in several places, perhaps
guidelines 2.3 and 2.6. Incidentally how come the Content Guidelines
don't need a decimal addendum but ours do?
