Published Authorized Translation of Ethical Web Principles in Simplified Chinese

Dear all,

W3C is pleased to announce the Authorized Translation of the Ethical Web 
Principles in Simplified Chinese, with special thanks to translator Anqi 
Li for her contribution.

In accordance with W3C Translation Policy Step 4 [1], this translation 
underwent a 30-day public review period beginning March 6, 2025 [2].

To ensure a comprehensive review, the translation was also shared with 
the Chinese community via multiple channels, including the W3C Chinese 
members mailing list (~200 subscribers) [3] and the public mailing list 
(~400 subscribers) [4]. It was further distributed to the broader 
community via social media platforms, namely W3C China Weibo [5], WeChat 
[6], and bilibili [7] accounts.

The review concluded on April 5, 2025, with no comments or objections 
received on the translation. We therefore consider the translation 
accurate and formally designate it as an Authorized Translation.
