[Japanese] Intention of translation - WoT Architecture, WoT Thing Description

Dear w3c-translators,

I'm writing on behalf of a group of the volunteer translators, who
consist of part of the WoT Japanese CG participants and the WoT WG
Japanese participants, including Hitachi, Mitsubishi and Internet
Research Institute.

We're planning to translate the following documents into Japanese:
  * Web of Things (WoT) Architecture:
    https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/PR-wot-architecture-20200130/
  * Web of Things (WoT) Thing Description:
    https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/PR-wot-thing-description-20200130/

We hope to publish those documents as technical reports from
Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC):
  https://www.ttc.or.jp/e

We have searched the Translations database:
  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/matrix.html

and there are already the following Japanese translations by Mr. Shuji
Kamitsuna:
  * Web of Things (WoT) Architecture:
    http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ax2s-kmtn/internet/wot/REC-wot-architecture-20200409.html
  * Web of Things (WoT) Thing Description:
    http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~ax2s-kmtn/internet/wot/REC-wot-thing-description-20200409.html

So this time the volunteer translators would like to review and improve
those versions collaboratively with Kamitsuna-san himself.

Unless there are objections within the next few days, they will proceed
with the translation into Japanese.

In compliance with the W3C Intellectual Property FAQ:
  http://www.w3.org/Consortium/Legal/IPR-FAQ-20000620#translate

we will be required to place a prominent disclaimer in the
translations in which they will disclose:
  1. the title of and link to the original English documents
  2. that the documents are translation which may contain errors, and
  3. that the original English document on the W3C website is the one
     that is official.

Items #2 and #3 above will be written in Japanese, the target language.

We will also make sure the links within our translations are valid
and will endeavor to provide valid markup and CSS (validation tools
are at http://validator.w3.org/).

We will notify this list with links to the translations when complete.

Sincerely,

Kazuyuki Ashimura, W3C/Keio
on behalf of the Volunteer Translators from the WoT-JP CG and the WoT WG
