Volunteer Russian Translation of WCAG 2.1 - Re: Unauthorised Russian translation of WCAG 2.1

Dear Eugene,

Many thanks for contributing the translation in Russian 

Could you indicate (by email to <w3c-translators>, e.g., replying on 
this thread) if you are willing to contribute this translation under the 
IPR policies for W3C?

Please be kindly reminded that this would be a Volunteer Translation [1] 
instead of Authorized Translation [2]. In the translation:

1) Please replace the wording of "authorized" with "volunteer" in order 
to to avoid confusions.

2) W3C validators detected some markup errors, broken links (detailed 
results at [3][4][5]), could you take a look at them?

3) Please add a disclaimer in the translation, stating:
* a reference to the original document (a prominent link back to the 
original English specification).
* that the normative version of the specification is the English version 
found at the W3C site.
* that the translated document may contain errors from the translation.

The disclaimer should be made in Russian in a prominent location, 
normally on top of the page area (document's header).

4) Please retain the English version of the copyright notice in your
