[Slightly off topic] Letter of Intent - Authorized Arabic Translation W3C

I look forward to seeing more Arabic translations at the W3C. Thank you.

As a side note to this process, since this is a translation that may 
well involve bidirectional text, please ensure that all translators 
become familiar with and follow the W3C guidelines on writing code in 
HTML+CSS for bidirectional text.

support Arabic and languages written in the Arabic script on the Web, as
