Dear Jaehoon,

Many thanks for being willing to contribute! Please be kindly reminded
that the document above is currently a W3C Working Draft
<https://www.w3.org/TR/2019/WD-did-core-20191209/>, which will be
updated with times until it becomes a W3C Recommendation (final standard).

If you like to translate the Working Draft at this stage, you are also
highly welcomed and encouraged to adjust the translation once the
document's published as a final standard, according to its original
English version.

Warm Regards,
Xueyuan
