Hi, Roy, I remember I told you that I have finish ATAG 2.0 translation as a public version was published in 2016 [1]. And also told that you should send me an mail to discussing license things before the Authorized Translation take off, however, it is a pity I didn't receive any mail about this thing, even my name is not in contributor list.[2] Is it fair to my contribution? We are entering step 3 of the policy for Authorized W3C Translations, in which the LTO develops a "Candidate Authorized Translation (CAT)" of the entire document (<https://www.w3.org/2005/02/TranslationPolicy.html><https://www.w3.org/2005/02/TranslationPolicy.html>). When complete, the LTO announces the CAT and its URI on the translators' mailing list (<w3t-translators@w3.org><mailto:w3t-translators@w3.org>).
