Thanks for your intention of translating W3C documents.

Please search W3C translations [1] and then notify 
<w3c-translators@w3.org> mailing list when you complete the 
translations. As of Jan 2017 [2], the W3C volunteer translation database 
has been frozen so no new content will be added until further 
announcement. But people could still benefit from the translators 
mailing list, to which you are encouraged to continue to send your 
translations.

Different translation system and process are applied to 
Internationalization [3] articles, CSS-related [4] pages, and Web 
Accessibility Initiative [5] documents. Please make sure you check their 
pages before you start, and include the key contact(s) in the discussion 
loop(s) respectively.
