thank you for offering to translate this page. Note, however, that the 
instructions for translating the pages under /International are 
different, and the following apply:

1. the page is unusual in that it is liable to be updated from time to 
time, at short notice, and the translation will need to be changed 
quickly to follow. Please don't translate this page unless you are ok to 
commit to updating it as and when needed.

2. i will need to send you the source code for the page, which is 
actually that of the non-dynamic version at 
https://www.w3.org/International/techniques/developing-schemas (the 
dynamic version is generated from that as the browser retrieves it).

3. please confirm for me that you have read and agree to the
