Hello,

I(Hyunsik Noh) and Taeyoung Son(tysonista@gmail.com) have a plan to
translate "Packaged Web Apps (Widgets)" document(
http://www.w3.org/TR/widgets/) for Korean.

This is our first translating, so we need helpful instructions and guides.
