[PL] Polish translation for 'CSS: even and odd rules' article.

Hello Bert!

I've just completed another translation. I want to mention that:
1. I removed whole section 'status'.
2. In one of PRE tags there are still some extended dates (1994, 1995), but
in other places dates are shortened ('94, '95, etc.)
3. The text: "and then every other column starting from column 3 a gray
one" is unclear to me. Probably you meant "every second", since we're
talking about 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th column.

Also I want to know if I should still sending copies of my mails to
w3c-translators list or I can just send them directly (and only) to you.
