Thanks for your translation intention.

Here are some reference which you might need during the process of your 
translation:

*please make sure to add hreflang="en" to any link to English material 
that you do not translate
*please add a disclaimer (usually near the top)
*please host it on your website(not a wiki), or prepare a single html 
document if you don't want to host it
*the page will need to resemble the original one
