Draft translation of W3C Library Linked Data Incubator Group Final Report

Dear Translators,

I have just published the draft translation of W3C Library Linked Data Incubator Group Final Report into Russian here:

It is a first draft and I am looking for everyone to make corrections, especially in library community.

There is a huge problem that some of the terminology used have no direct equivalents in Russian and in many cases it is not understandable to use direct vocabulary translation. Also the authors of the document mention that even in English there are vocabularies from different fields of knowledge merged in there. So I made a short article as an introduction to the translation.

The permission was asked long ago (about a year) in this list. Sorry for so long it was not published.
All copyright notices and links remain untouched and  all other conditions are hopefully satisfied.
