Bert, we got it fixed. The USPTO link is working fine. You can verify here

Bert,
I have changed the USPTO link as you suggested below and it appears that the destination is different from the original link
and returns what appears to be an error. Can you confirm that the link you want me to publish below is indeed the correct one.
Thanks,
Sani

There are some unescaped "&" in the URL on line 143.
And I discovered that the USPTO changed the location of the document.
The new URL appears to be this:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=5,860,073.PN.&OS=PN/5,860,073&RS=PN/5,860,073
and with the "&" replaced by "&" so that it can be included in HTML
that would be this:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=1&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=5,860,073.PN.&OS=PN/5,860,073&RS=PN/5,860,073
Could you insert that in your translation?
(Unfortunately, the uspto.gov server doesn't accept ";" instead of "&"
which would have avoided this problem.)

I've made links to these two translations.
Thanks!
