Dear Ahmed,
What if... you really believed there was no 'good guys' or 'bad guys'?
What if... before you move into 2009 in an interconnected world, we all took responsibility for core sustainability issues. Such as linking communities to organisations by helping out more and getting involved at a core level, wasting less, not buying into toxic mind sets and getting back to basics.

Questions on the Table for 2009 1. What's important to you NOW?
	2. What do you want?
	3. How are your current strategies going to help you get there?
	4. Who are your inner rich friends and associates that will help you if times get tough? (Write a list now)

5 Ways to Stop Complaining 1. Stop focussing on what is wrong.
	2. Focus on what is right.
	3. Your words indicate what you are thinking.
	4. Watch and change what comes out of your mouth.
	5. When you are about to complain, stop, pause and find something good to say.

December Challenge
I challenge you to 'STOP COMPLAINING' for 30 days. If that's too much, then break it down to one bit at a time, starting with one minute, one hour, one day...

Notice and write down how good you feel.

Remember, life is not about fear based action, it's all about energised action.

4 Tips to Thinking Differently in 2009 1. Catch yourself in a down moment.
	2. Catch the feeling and ask yourself... what am I feeling?
	3. Then turn the feeling around.
	4. Remember it's when you are creative and energised that you are at your best.

8 Tips on How to get Back to Basics 1. Cut all your money leaks. (Where are you wasting money?)
	2. Who are your top 20 clients?
	3. Watch your competition closely. (How are they adding value in the current market place?)
	4. Constantly educate, develop and motivate your staff.
	5. Product/Service - What do you do best? What is your core business?
	6. Drop the word 'crisis' out of your vocabulary.
	7. Cull the time wasters in your business and outside your business.
	8. People + Unlocked Potential = Your 2009 Profits.
For the month of December, I encourage you to get back to basics, stop complaining, set your aspirations for 2009 and make it happen.

Dear All,

I'm happy to announce that we finished the translation of the WCAG 2.0
document into Hungarian. The translation can be found here:

We will continue the work and try to make an authorised translation of
WCAG 2.0 beginning of next year.

Best regards and happy holidays,
