Hi, as IWA/HWG are interested to become the LTO for the localization of WCAG 2.0 into Italian language: http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-WCAG20-20081211/ as IWA/HWG we are interested to become Lead Translation Organization (LTO) as described here: http://www.w3.org/2005/02/TranslationPolicy.html At the translation will participate the W3C Italian office, associazione IWA ITALY (the Italian chapter of IWA/HWG - two members in good standing cited inside the specification are Italian member of IWA/HWG), members of Italian discussion lists about accessibility (where there are also disabled people representatives), Mr. Antonio De Vanna (as individual, consultant of the Italian government about e-inclusion), Mr. Steven Sintini (as individual, that works as representative of Italian government inside the activities of the EU projects about accessibility).
