Hello dear sirs and ladies.

I'm planning to translate http://www.w3.org/Consortium/ to Russian
language? Do we need it?

I've examined that set of pages and discovered that there are more
than 100 pages nested in sublevels behind the main left navigation.
The navigation itself consist only of aprox. 20 items - there are
basic pages of w3c's information. What shall be translated to make the
release of translation?
