Please, do not hesitate to contact them if you have any question on the terminology used although, and I realize that, the Spanish used in Chile might be very different than in Spain. If such problem occurs, it is up to you whether you prefer to make a Chilean Spanish translation or a European Spanish (sic!) translation. In the former case we can also mark your translation in a separate category (just as we have separated the Brazilian Portuguese from, shall we say, the European Portuguese...)
