It would be a wonderful idea, thanks for offering this.

Please, when you do, feel free to contact the Hong Kong Office of W3C (I cc this
mail to them) if you have problems with the exact Chinese terminology. They
maintain a translation of our glossary[1] which you might find useful but, also,
you may want to contribute to if you see there are problems.
