German translation of "Accessibility Features of CSS"

Dear list members,


I'll soon start to translate the "Accessibility Features of CSS" note [1]
into German. The translation will approximately be available at the end of
November.

However, I will /not/ translate the "W3C Data Formats" note [2] I announced
some weeks ago [3].
