Hi!
Sorry, I don't know nothing about Spanish specs, but for most ISO standards
exist a German standard, available from the German Standard Organization
(DIN). (At least SGML exists as a German DIN standard called "Genormte
verallgemeinerte Auszeichnungssprache"; sounds strange in German ;-)
Probably Spanish translations exist too. Ask you national Standard
Organization.
