Arizona jobbers, "Lel Bruce Peto" updating sources, many end users held off buying due to the dockworkers strike on the West Coast that plunged on- road trucking demand 30 to 40 percent. But now with the lockout over, Phoenix truckers were doubling up on fuel so they didn't have to pay the high diesel prices in the L.A. market. Refiners state that liftings of diesel in Phoenix is 300 percent over normal. Some suppliers have raised diesel racks to 88.9cts, as of 11-11-02...
