I suggest at least comp.text and comp.databases;
possibly also sci.lang and TEI-L.

I'm not sure whether the databases crowd will see the connection,
although I find it stunningly obvious.  For that matter,
the compiler theory group ought to be another one, but Ican't
remember what it's called.
