Datatyping "code" for testing and consideration

Attached is an N3 file containing an ontology, inference
rules, and example entailments based on a subset interpretation
of the "stake in the ground" datatyping proposal from Pat.

Hopefully someone will find this useful. Some folks may
want to first just skip to the examples at the end, which
pretty much "say it all"...
