Missing "(" in dtd?

Hi,

Am I the only one having problems with the dtd:

http://www.w3.org/TR/xmldsig-core/xmldsig-core-schema.dtd

It seem like there is missing a "(" at line 159 col 23...

Both Xerces and XMLSpy are not pleased with it ;-)
