I will tell Arnaud that we will commit to reviewing this document by the
stated deadline; we can spend a little time at the FTF next weekend to
finalize and comments we would have.

 The XML Core WG is planning to go to Last Call for the Canonical XML WD
 next week. Both of your groups have been identified as critical
 reviewers for this document. Can your respective Working Group commit to
 reviewing it by February 22, 2000?
