PenOp Patent Issuance

This email is informational and includes via reference the applicability,
validity, and licensing disclaimer at [4].

PenOp is no longer active in this WG.  However, I noted that a new patent
(US6064751) was issued last month -- in addition to the already disclosed
[1] PenOp patents.
