We agreed in the teleconference to have Julian take a look at how property definitions/semantics might
change in the face of multiple BINDings (also replacement of a binding as well, as in a MOVE to an existing
mapped URL) . We suspect that getlastmodified and getetag are definitely affected by this issue, but others
might be as well. It's hard to get the semantics right during a teleconference, since thinking about
bindings and their implications is tricky.
