This section is new, and I think it's a good start.

Suggestions: 

- shouldn't the (newly introduced) term "principal" occur here somewhere?

- I think we need to make it very clear that the lock owner (== creator of the
lock) is something completely different from the value of the DAV:owner element
on the lock (which is client supplied)
