Sure. How about:

"This example shows a collection hierarchy with an internal cycle. Servers
are not required to support cycles in the containment hierarchy, though the
server in this example does."

Seems like a good idea. How about adding, at the end of the sentence ending
in "... to the collection C2.":

An If header is present in the request to submit the lock token for the lock
on the source and destination resources. In this case, the source and the
destination are both covered by the same lock, and hence only one lock token
needs to be supplied.
