HTTP Methods for Distributed Authoring AssignedTo: joe-bugzilla@cursive.net ReportedBy: julian.reschke@greenbytes.de CC: w3c-dist-auth@w3.org 8.9.2, Copy for properties "If a property cannot be copied live, then its value MUST be duplicated, octet-for-octet, in an identically named, dead property on the destination resource." No! That would be a desaster. Make this "SHOULD NOT". Otherwise clients will see the dead property (such as DAV:checked-in) and make wrong assumptions about the resource. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
