RE: Attributes in Prelim DAV Spec

What, you don't like breaking proxies? Shesh... =)
I will be proposing we use "?" followed by token "=" token as the syntax
for attributes. This doesn't break anything. Using ";" is bad because it
can be confused with header delimiters.
