URI implementation and test cases in Haskell

In case it is of interest, the maintained copy of my URI handling code and 
test cases is now in the haskell.org cvs repository:
   http://cvs.haskell.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/fptools/libraries/network/Network/URI.hs
   http://cvs.haskell.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/fptools/libraries/network/tests/URITest.hs

(I'm trying to track occasional discussions here with new test cases.  I 
just added one for "foo://", which my parser -- closely based on the 
specification grammar -- thinks is just fine.)
