For a BOF, I think we should try to focus on the 'generic URI/URN'
documents, review all of the documents and their status, maybe
one or two "top issues", for

  * 2396bis (Roy)
  * IRI (Martin)
  * non-IETF tree URI schemes (Larry/Ted)
  * 1738 schemes replacement (Paul)

under "finish up old business"

which I would give higher priority than specific scheme
reviews (SNMP).

I'll collect agenda items with ID references if people will
send them to me.
