Reference
Identifier which conforms to the draft-fielding-uri-rfc2396bis.
This new draft can be found at

And this makes obsolete the previous one at
http://www.ietf.cnri.reston.va.us/internet-drafts/draft-earnshaw-tv-anytime-crid-01.txt

This resource identifier enables to identify the audio visual program material
on the
broadcast and internet medium.
