I'd like to know which of these URIs are valid and equivalent.

   http://host:80
   http://host:80/
   http://host/
   http://HOST/
   http://hoST/?
   http://hoST/#
   http://host/?#
   http://host#
   http://Host?#
   http://host:80?#

I would say they are all valid and equivalent. If they aren't,
why?
