I apologize for sending out my note before scanning my mail
sufficiently, since I missed yours. It looks like we agree, though!

I wonder, though, whether utf-8 in DNS will really deal with the
problem, since entities might well have multiple registrations for all
of the variant spellings of their name by culture and convention.
