I'd like to propose 'draft-masinter-url-data-01.txt' for Proposed Standard. I just sent out a new Internet Draft a few days ago. (I've already had one comment correcting a minor mistake, that the limit on "<A HREF=" references in HTML comes from the SGML declaration and not the DTD, which I'll fix.) Are there any other steps in the review process before we let the IESG rule on this one? Larry
