Re: URA headsup

Count me in, I think URA's are an important concept if we are not to have a
collection of proprietrary unspecified things (e.g. MagicCap, Java) doing
the same thing.  I believe there is a need for something in between URN's,
URL's and URC's and fully general programming languages like Java.
