A preliminarly list is up and running for URCs at urc@list.gatech.edu. I'm
running listproc so mail the standard:
subscribe urc@list.gatech.edu you@where.what Your Name
to listproc@list.gatech.edu as the body w/ no subject.

If you have problems subscribing let me know and I'll check on it...
