Hi Luc,

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Some of the submission links were updated a few months ago. I'll check
how respec is generating these submissions and will submit a PR to fix
these issues.
In the meantime, I've updated the document (see attachment) so you can
do a diff and if it looks good, you may submit the request.

Now, pubrules still report 3 errors which shouldn't apply to
submissions. I'll fix those but feel free to ignore them for now.
